Zell Farms Hunting is located about 15 miles from the nearest town, offering a serene, quiet setting. Our remote location is a perfect haven for wild pheasants. You’ll enjoy a great hunt on beautiful grassland, cropland and tree belts. We offer non-guided hunts.

After the big hunt you can relax and leave the rest up to us. You’ll find a fully functional kitchen and washer and dryer. Our lodge accommodates up to ten and spacious accommodations are available for your dogs as well. Although dogs are not permitted in living quarters.

Unguided Hunting Packages

The unguided hunting package features access to more than 3,500 acres of prime hunting land in central South Dakota. This package includes custom maps of hunting locations, including tips prime hunting areas and how to approach each area.

$260 Opening Weekend Pheasant opener is Saturday, October 18, 2024. Come the day before and stay till Sunday. Minimum group of six. Prices listed per person.

$250 Post Opener Monday, October 21 to Thursday, October 31. Minimum group of six. Prices listed per person.

$250 Mid Season Friday, November 1, to Saturday, November 30. Minimum group of six. Prices listed per person.

$240 Late Season Sunday, December 1, to end of season. Minimum group of four. Prices listed per person.

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
